    • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Managed a multi-million dollar rebuild, launch, and customer migration of a mission-critical software platform with a 97% customer satisfaction rating; 98% customer retention rate, and more than a 10-year average customer lifetime; overall 99.984% platform uptime.
       

    • Led the build/launch of the Client Assistance System for the American Red Cross processing $40-100 million in annual transactions. Converted 10,000 users in 6 weeks with a 96.5% adoption rate organization-wide and a 97% customer satisfaction rate.
